We don't get to choose which of life's slings and arrows shatter us, and which ones slide on by. If you are grieving a loss, or carrying an unbearable burden, you are not alone. Come and share your history in a relaxed and nurturing environment. Join together with others who are journeying through sadness, anger, and fear, and toward restoration and peace.

If you'd like to receive help while helping others, please join us. You are welcome here. This will be an open group, and it will start as soon as possible.
