I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). My Washington State Department of Health license number is: LH 60425029.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from City University of Seattle.

I previously served as the executive director of the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association, board member, and chair of their professional development committee.

I am a longtime member of the C.G. Jung Society of Seattle, the American Mental Health Counselors Association, and the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association.
