This was me at 238 pounds in the summer of 2018. According to the BMI charts, I was "morbidly obese" (I'm 5'8" tall). On January 23rd of last year I decided enough was enough.

This is me a year later (January 26, 2020),
at 183 pounds. 55 pounds down and quite a
bit to go to get to the "normal" range. ​But
I'm ​having fun.

My wife has lost a similar amount of weight
and is off all her meds (for type 2 diabetes,
high blood pressure, and high cholesterol).
​She's having fun too.
